1. Who we are and how to contact us

HoloNexa is the operator of this website, based in India. For questions about personal information, privacy requests, or this notice, contact nirav@holonexa.tech. This notice covers our marketing website and inquiries. Processing of data within a separately agreed product deployment requires its own agreement.

2. Information you choose to provide

The demo form asks for your name, work email address, organization, industry, and project details. Sensor types and deployment environment are optional. We also record your permission to respond as part of the request. If you email us directly, we receive the contents of your message and normal email metadata.

Please do not submit passwords, access tokens, sensitive personal information, private recordings, or confidential datasets through the website. A technical discussion can begin with a general description of your requirements.

3. How your information is used

We use your inquiry to understand your requirements, respond to you, arrange a conversation, and manage follow up related to your project. We do not use the demo form to subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not sell inquiry information.

You can withdraw permission for further contact by emailing nirav@holonexa.tech. This does not affect communications or processing that already occurred, or information we need to retain to satisfy applicable obligations.

4. Technical information and service providers

The hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic information, to deliver and protect the website. We use request limiting to reduce automated form abuse. The request limiter uses a hash of the source address and a short expiration period.

When server email delivery is configured, the website sends your inquiry through Resend to our business inbox. If that delivery path is unavailable, the website prepares an email for you to send through your own email application. Preparing or copying an email does not send it. An optional hosted Redis service can be configured for shared request limiting.

Hosting, email, and infrastructure providers may process information in countries outside India. Their processing is subject to their own service terms and privacy notices. HoloNexa does not add advertising, session replay, or third party analytics scripts to this website.

5. Storage and retention

The website does not keep a separate database of demo inquiries and does not save form contents in browser storage. Successfully sent inquiries become email correspondence. We retain correspondence while needed to handle the inquiry, maintain an ongoing relationship, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations.

Hosting and email providers may retain operational logs and backups under their own retention settings. Request limiting records expire after a short abuse prevention window. Contact us to request deletion of inquiry correspondence.

6. Your choices and requests

You may contact nirav@holonexa.tech to ask about information you provided, request correction or deletion, withdraw permission for further contact, or raise a privacy concern. Rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that a request relates to you.

If you are dissatisfied with our handling of a privacy concern, you may use complaint or grievance channels available under applicable law. This notice does not limit any statutory rights.

7. Cookies, external links, and children

The website does not intentionally set optional analytics or advertising cookies. See the cookie policy for details about storage and hosting behavior. Social links open external services, including X and LinkedIn, which apply their own privacy policies.

The website is intended for professional and business audiences. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information through the demo form. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when website behavior or data handling changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected here.
